Yes, we work in all settings... Community, Retirement homes, Long Term Care facilities, etc. Our services are tailored to our client’s specific needs and we offer many services that retirement homes and government funded facilities are not able to provide.
An initial meeting is usually set up to discuss needs, offer suggestions and create a care plan. Meeting clients and family members in advance helps to establish a positive relationship but is not necessary. Services can be arranged by telephone or text 519-807-4317 or email kim@kindhearts.ca
Arranging our service in advance is the best option. We realize this is not always possible and will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
